Personal Staff management portal

We have invested in our staff to offer a more streamline booking process. Here they can keep us up to date with their portfolios, availability, experience & invoicing with their own personal management account. They can also access an immediate bookings board along with training, and briefing documents and fun staff days out that we organise with the all-important bonus structures that we have in place for them. This ensures first contact with all our staff on a regular basis.

Fast payment

We invoice clients on a 14 day basis, and pay 25% higher than most agencies out there to our valued staff. Not meaning that we take a bigger cut or that we are overpriced.. We just pay them what they are worth for doing such a great job and take less of a cut our end which keeps them loyal, reliable and hardworking for you!

Training & Development

Our staff are the core of our agency. We feel positive encouragement, nurture and training is always required in this fast paced industry to keep them up-beat, knowledgeable and informed in their surroundings. Studio days, briefing days & team building days are a must. Along with fun event training days that a required for our clients to keep them in the know. A happy team are a hard working team!
